Mr. McKinney has a vast experience as a litigator having conducted over 100 jury trials to date. He is well-versed in criminal defense, personal injury, family law, juvenile law and litigation. As a Muncie attorney, Mark McKinney was president of the Muncie Bar Association (2004-05) and served its board from 2001-2006. He also served as the District Representative to the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar Association (1993-98) serving as its Chair in 2000-2001. He served on the Indiana State Bar Association Board of Governors 2000-2001 and 2003-2005.
